There are two different types of reactors used in R&D Department
Glass Reactor ; it has 3-10 liters volume that can be changed according to test type or raw materials quantity and set up is equipped with mechanical stirrer, thermocouple, nitrogen-inlet and steam-jacketed condenser. The three neck glass flask is heated by electrical-heating mantle.
Pilot Reactor ; approximately up to 700 kgs resin can be produced inside of it and all process and parts including heating system, turbine agitator, condenser and high purity nitrogen gas line are the same with main Batch Reactors.
